Chereen worked as a restaurant chef for 10 years before taking the leap to work on a small local farm here in the Yampa Valley and to start her own business. She is passionate about eating locally and seasonally and will provide you with an elevated, rustic family style dining experience. She is completely in tune with what it takes to construct a creative, decadent and satisfying meal. Her menus are created with local ingredients, everything is made from scratch and sourced from right here in the Yampa Valley.
Fun fact: Chereen knows the Mariposa well as her and her husband got married here in 2016!
