Here at the Mariposa Lodge Bed and Breakfast, we serve a full breakfast at 8AM, which is included in your stay with us. We strive to be as farm to table as possible, using locally sourced eggs, meat, coffee and produce (just to name a few). In addition to working directly with local producer, K Ranch, for our breakfast meats and eggs, we also proudly serve locally roasted coffee from Steamboat Coffee Company, spices + teas from Aspen Botanicals, salt from Steamboat Salt Co., olive oils + vinegars from Elevated Olive, produce from Elkstone Farm and Bee Grateful Farm, hot sauce from Yampa Valley Sauce Co.. During the spring and summer months the mint and other fresh herbs come straight from the lodge's garden. We serve homemade breads, scones, muffins, bagels, and pastries daily. Breakfast is served at our handmade, one-of-a-kind, custom, beetle-kill pine table. Our hosts are happy to accommodate any food restrictions you might have.
